Refund policy
If the package is returned to sender (us), or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
All sales on earrings are final. If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase, we will replace them (depending one the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: We do our best to provide quality earrings. However Polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn't send something that wasn't up to our standards.
We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.
We do not accept returns on clay cutters. All sales are final. If they arrive damaged or break one week of receiving them, please contact us immediately. If your package arrives later than expected, we will not accept a return.
We do not accept returns on any textured mats or silkscreens (this is for future reference as we are not selling these items currently).
We do not accept returns on brass charms (this is for future reference as we are not selling these items currently). Please be aware of the materials listed in the description when ordering. Please note that brass can tarnish. We will not replace or refund items for tarnishing, or of allergic reactions to metals. If an item drives damaged, please e-mail us immediately.
All organic products (soaps, body butters, bath bombs, bath salts, body and facial scrubs) cannot be returned or refunded.
Due to hygienic reasons, which we take very seriously, we do not accept returns in any case. Not even when a package is returned to us. In those cases we dispose of all products immediately as we will not use them again! You can be sure that every product you receive is fresh and handmade just for you!
