Do we ship internationally?
At the moment we only will ship in the USA, we will announce in the header when that becomes available.
How quickly do we ship and what are the transit times?
Our goal is to ship as soon as possible (24-72 hours), with the exception of any product launch days. During these launches, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. If you are ordering any of our organic products, please give it a little more time as we make everything fresh to order. Depending on your location and time of year, typical transit time is 5-7 business days with USPS, however we do not guarantee these timeframes.
What happens if the wrong address or an incomplete address was given and is returned to you?
Please always double check your address! If by chance you notice immediately that the incorrect or incomplete address is on your order, please contact us immediately so that we can correct this before the shipping label is created. If the shipping label had been created you will be responsible for the cost of creating another shipping label as these are paid upfront at time of completing the order. Once the reshipment fees have been paid, your order will be sent out.
Tracking order hasn't been updated
We take all orders to the post office personally! According to USPS, you must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your package is processing through the USA.
If your package says it was delivered but never received
We are not responsible for lost packages, unfortunately it is out of our control once we drop it off at our local USPS. You will need to contact your local post office, provide them with the tracking number we provide and let them investigate information regarding your package. In some cases, it has been delivered to a neighbor with a similar address.
What if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office in regard to filing a lost package claim, provide them with the tracking number we ave provided, however, please remember, these packages are uninsured. If you would like to insure your package, make sure to choose Priority or UPS express and pay the appropriate fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Earring care:
Polymer clay is flexible and durable, however they should still be handled with care. Please do not try to bend them. Your earrings should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of the sun, especially if the coating is resin. If you are traveling, we recommend using a jewelry bag to protect them. They should also not come in contact with water, chemicals or perfumes. Some of the jewelry (silver and gold colored) may tarnish, but most of the silver tarnish can be removed with a jewelry cloth specifically made for silver but some of these chemicals can break down the gold plating.
